Fanzi Quan, Wudang Quan and Nanquan!

Fanzi Quan or tumbling Chuan is also known as Bashanfan (eight-flash Chuan). It is so called because of its eight major flashing movements, which are executed as fast as lightning and thunderclaps. The movements in tumbling Chuan are varied and continuous.

Wudang Quan originated from the Wudang Mountain region of the Hubei province in China. Wudang Quan is known for its internal style of fighting. A Wudang Quan practitioner does not force against force, but rather redirects the opponent's attacks.
Nanquan (Chinese: 南拳; pinyin: Nán quán; literally "southern fist", or Chinese: 南派; pinyin: Nán pài; literally "southern school") refers to those Chinese martial arts that originated south of the Yangtze River of China, including Hung Kuen, Choi Lei Fut, Hak Fu Mun, Wuzuquan, Wing Chun, etc.
